​The Crescent Apartments, 11 storey tower at heart of Prayagraj, combines public and private functions into one integrated example of green living.It includes a variety of resident amenities, including a children’s playarea at ground level, a full-service cafe, a fitness center and roof gardens offering outstanding views of Prayagraj.

The slender massing of the tower, with plans averaging 3000 square feet in area, is possible through carefully integrated structural engineering, from a robust concrete moment frame of reinforced shear walls and columns. 

Furthermore, the project in sum addresses critically different urban scales – from streetscape to city skyline: providing the greatest impact from the smallest of footprints.
